I hate to bad mouth about someone. But I have to. Until this point, it must be something upset me that I must speak to alert other people “Not get into… by mistake”
I searched nursery online and “Ty Ty Nursery” came out the first. I went to their website and read through those fancy flowers and plants. I was impressed. I ordered a date tree without a second thought.
It came as a “stick”. Rotten root is with this stick. I planned it and it never came alive. I began to study the return process. “Mail this thing and send them another $29.99 for new shipping and handling and get a free replacement…” I did and the replacement never came. I called them. They hanged on me. People in the other end are very rude.
It occurred to me this is a good case about selling stuff online and get one time business done since they will never get a second order from me. But they have already had enough fool to deal with. They don’t care.
For me, I have to speak and tell other people “not go there” unless you do some research online to know their business. I will certainly contact with FCC on this complaint.
